At Zeteli we are proud of our unique  and authentic accessories.  Each piece is handmade individually by a different artisan, for this reason the color and patterns always show small variations from one piece to another. This makes our products unique, and there is no one exactly the same as another.

When your purchase process is completed you will receive a confirmation e-mail. ZETELI reserves the right to cancel and refund any order, at any time and for any reason. SHIPPING

ZETELI offers free shipping in Guatemala. For international customers a shipping charge of USD $25 will be applied.

When will my product arrive?

The delivery time of your package varies depending on the destination:

  • 1 to 2 days in Guatemala
  • 5 to 7 days to USA and South America
  • 7 to 9 days to Europe, Asia and the rest of the world.

Note:  Zeteli is not responsible for lost orders due to an incorrect shipping address.

International Shipping

Zeteli ships worldwide.

All our international clients are responsible for the documentation and tax rates generated in the country of destination. We usually declare the packages for a value that does not generate any additional tax rates, if you need us to do otherwise, please let us know by a note when you do your checkout process, or send us an email to: This email address is being protected from spambots. RETURNS

ZETELI does not accept returns except in special cases. 

Please, make sure about the model and color you choose before placing your order.

Remember that all our products are handmade, so they have unique variations. This makes them special, unique and different from the industrially produced accessories.

CHANGES

ZETELI only accepts changes in the case of quality defects.

We carefully check our products before we dispatch them; however, an incident may occur during transit. If this happens, please contact us immediately sending an email to: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with the order number and photographs that show the defect, so we can revise your case.

What is considered a quality defect?

  • Clasp or zippers not working properly or malfunctioning
  • Breaking in the inner lining
  • Significant stains
  • Broken fittings

The maximum period to request a change is 10 calendar days starting the date you receive your package. The request will be revise within the next 3 business days and you will be notified if it proceeds.

ZETELI covers quality defects, but it does not cover mishandling or misuse. Please read carefully the care instructions when you receive your package.

If a change request is justified, the customer must send the package back to Guatemala with its original packaging and under the conditions in which it was received, in these cases Zeteli covers all the shipping costs.
