1. Where are the accessories made?

All our accessories are made in Guatemala, using hand-woven textiles made by artisan women in rural communities, mostly in the Guatemalan highlands.

2. Where and how can I make a purchase?

All ZETELI accessories can be purchased through our website. At the moment, we have no physical location.

To make a purchase online you must choose the accessory and color that you like and add it to the shopping cart.

Once you’ve selected and added all the products that you want to buy, you can go back to the shopping cart and click on finish purchase. Then, you should complete the requested billing, payment and shipping information.

After finishing the process, you can expect to receive your package at the indicated destination address.

3. What payment methods does ZETELI accept?

We accept payments with Visa and MasterCard.

4. Can I cancel my order after it was placed?

Yes, as long as you confirm the cancellation within a period not exceeding 24 hours after placing the order, by sending an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

5. How do I know if my order was successfully placed?

Once you’ve completed the online purchase process, we´ll send you an email to the account you registered on our website. In that email, you’ll get all your order details and the transaction approval. 6. How long does it take to deliver my package?

The delivery time of your package varies depending on the destination:

  • 5 to 7 days to USA and South America
  • 7 to 9 days to Europe, Asia and the rest of the world.
7. Where in the world does ZETELI deliver?

We can deliver your accessory anywhere in the world.

You just have to order and correctly register the destination address where you want to receive your package.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly registered addresses.

8. How should I take care of my ZETELI accessories?

Leather: All ZETELI products are made using genuine leather, so a normal leather cleaner will work.

The textiles: Our textiles are made with high quality cotton threads that do not fade, so a damp cloth can be used to clean them. Rub gently and do not pull the threads.

Consider also:

  •     Do not expose the accessories to direct sunlight.
  •     Do not expose them to high temperatures.
  •     Protect them against bad weather.
  •     Do not expose them to rough surfaces that can scrape the leather or tear the textiles.
  •     Do not expose them to direct contact with perfumes, solvents, water or grease.
9. Do the images on the website reflect the real products?

Zeteli devotes special attention to show its customers the design and colors of each product as close to reality as possible, however we cannot guarantee that the display of any color on your screen device is accurate.

Additionally, our products are 100% handmade, so there are small variations between them. Each one is unique.

10. Can I return my product?

11. What use will you give my data if I register on the website?

All the information you provide on our website is treated in accordance with the Terms and Conditions Policy available on the website. Zeteli Accessories does not store the financial information of its customers. The personal data that is voluntarily provided by the customer is stored in our database and is used to meet their requests, provide information about our products, including commercial information, carry out internal statistical analysis and comply with the order delivery process.

12. Is my data safe at the payment process?

At Zeteli we are committed to provide our customers with an excellent and secure online shopping experience, so in our purchase process we use the TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocol, a data encryption technology that guarantees the confidentiality of operators in our online store, thus protecting customer information by preventing the interception of information by third parties. In addition, we use the 3D Secure protocol, which allows secure purchases through VISA and MasterCard credit or debit cards , and authenticates the buyer as the legitimate holder of the card being used.
